Check mulcher head belt tension
Check mulcher head skid plate bolt
Grease mulcher upper shaft bearings
Grease mulcher head door cylinder
Clean engine and pumps compartment
Check the main breaker reset button operation

Every 250 Hours

Check battery electrolyte level & terminals
Check engine air intake & coolant hoses
Drain water from fuel tanks
Check engine mounting bolts
Check drive sprocket bolts
Check traction pad bolts – 190 ft/lb
Lubricate mulcher head upper shaft bearings
Grease radiator access door hinges
Grease tool box & hydraulic compartment cover hinges
Grease cab tilt cylinder pivots

Every 500 Hours

Every 1000 Hours

  • Teeth torqued DAILY
  • Inspect drive belt, pully bolts & torque screws behind pully every 40 hours
