Remove the Key from Ignition

Lock Access Door

Turn on Master Power Switch-Lock it out

Clean Exterior of Machine

remove Cab bolts at the Front of Machine

Raise the Cab and Lock in Upright Position

Clean out the belly Pan and around all Hoses and Fittings

Blow out Engine Bay

Remove access panel at the back of the cab and Blow all materials around exhaust and DPF Filter

Blow out Radiators

Remove and Clean Engine Air Filter

Remove and Clean Cab Filter

Clean around cylinder arms that raise Boom

Inspect and ensure rubber seals are in place at the bottom of the Cab and on the door of the Engine Compartment
